Beef: Swedish Meatballs

Recipe Introduction
There are "fancier" recipes for Swedish Meatballs, but this simple one is incredibly easy, and is very tasty.
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Dash garlic powder
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condesned cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon or 1 cube
- Dash worcestershire sauce
- Dash pepper
- Hot cooked egg noodles
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and dash of garlic powder. Mix until well combined. Shape into small meatballs.
- Spray skilled with nonstick cooking spray. Brown meatballs on medium heat; drain on paper towels.
- Combine soup, milk, water, bouillon, dash of Worcestershire sauce and dash of pepper in crockpot; add meatballs. Cook on low heat 6 hours. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
