    Pork: Cabbage Kielbasa Supper

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 cups cabbage, coarsely chopped
    • 3 potatoes, cut into 1/2" cubes
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 can chicken broth
    • 2 pounds kielbasa or polish sausage, fully cooked


    Instructions


    1. Cut sausage into serving size pieces.

    2. In 5 quart crock pot, combine cabbage, potatoes, onion, salt and pepper.

    3. Pour broth over potatoes.

    4. Place sausage on top (crock pot will be full, but cabbage will cook down).

    5. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours.

    6. Yield: 6 to 8 servings
