Pork: Cabbage Kielbasa Supper

- 8 cups cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 3 potatoes, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 pounds kielbasa or polish sausage, fully cooked
Instructions
- Cut sausage into serving size pieces.
- In 5 quart crock pot, combine cabbage, potatoes, onion, salt and pepper.
- Pour broth over potatoes.
- Place sausage on top (crock pot will be full, but cabbage will cook down).
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours.
- Yield: 6 to 8 servings
