    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound dry pinto beans, washed and picked over
    • 2 to 3 pound pork roast
    • 1 tablespoon garlic
    • 2 tablespoons chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon cumin seed
    • 1 teaspoon oregano
    • 1 (4 ounce) can green chiles
    • 3 teaspoons salt


    Instructions


    1. Mix together all ingredients in a 2 quart dutch oven and cover with water.

    2. On top of stove, cook on very low heat for 6 hours.
