List of Ingredients
- 1 pound dry pinto beans, washed and picked over
- 2 to 3 pound pork roast
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chiles
- 3 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients in a 2 quart dutch oven and cover with water.
- On top of stove, cook on very low heat for 6 hours.
