Kielbasa: Campfire Sausage And Potato Soup

List of Ingredients



• 1 can kidney beans
  
• 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  
• 1 can beef broth
  
• 1 package kielbasa or polish sausage
  
• 1 large baking potato, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
  
• 1 onion, diced
  
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  
• 1 teaspoon oregano
  
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients, except cumin in 5 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or 4 hours on high. Stir in cumin.
