- 2 pounds shredded hash brown potatoes, frozen
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) tub cream cheese with chives
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Spray crockpot. Splace all ingredients into crockpot and stir. Cook on low all day (around 7 to 10 hours) or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
- Notes: You can add meat and/or bacon to this to make it a main meal.
