Chicken: Cheesy Chicken And Rice

List of Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups white rice
Instructions
- If using chicken breasts, I cut them into 4 strips each.
- If using tenderloins, I do not cut them.
- Place the chicken in the bottom of crockpot.
- In a large bowl, combine soups and tomatoes and pour over chicken.
- Stir in 1 cup water.
- Cook on low all day.
- 30 minutes before serving, add the rice and turn crockpot to high setting.
- Keep an eye on it and stir often to keep it from sticking.
- The rice will soak up all the water as it cooks.
- Once rice is soft you are ready to serve.
- 7 points per serving.
