    Chicken: Cheesy Chicken And Rice

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 can rotel tomatoes
    • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
    • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 cups white rice


    Instructions


    1. If using chicken breasts, I cut them into 4 strips each.

    2. If using tenderloins, I do not cut them.

    3. Place the chicken in the bottom of crockpot.

    4. In a large bowl, combine soups and tomatoes and pour over chicken.

    5. Stir in 1 cup water.

    6. Cook on low all day.

    7. 30 minutes before serving, add the rice and turn crockpot to high setting.

    8. Keep an eye on it and stir often to keep it from sticking.

    9. The rice will soak up all the water as it cooks.

    10. Once rice is soft you are ready to serve.

    11. 7 points per serving.
