    Cheesy Ham And Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (24 ounce) bag hashs browns (Mine was 30 ounce)
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (I used the family size can)
    • 2 cups diced, cooked ham
    • 1 1/2 cups milk
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon chopped onion (I added a handful)
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounces)


    Instructions


    1. Place ham, potatoes, soup, milk, salt and onion in crockpot and turn on low. Cook for 4 hours. Before serving, add grated cheese until melted.
    2. My changes: I added pepper and garlic salt to the potatoes and also mixed the cheese in at the end instead of just on top.
