- 1 (24 ounce) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Shredded cheese, optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased crockpot. Cover and cook on high 1 hour; stir.
- Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until the temperature reaches 160 degrees and the eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
- Makes 6 servings.
