    Pork: Ham Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
    • 6 cups (20 ounces) frozen shredded potatoes
    • 9 ounces low fat diced ham
    • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
    • 1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/4 cup skim milk
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 3/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a slow cooker container, combine carrots, potatoes and onion flakes.

    2. Add mushrooms soup, milk, black pepper and shredded cheddar cheese.

    3. Mix well to combine.

    4. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.

    5. Stir well before serving.

    6. Makes 6 servings at 3 points each.
