- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 6 cups (20 ounces) frozen shredded potatoes
- 9 ounces low fat diced ham
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a slow cooker container, combine carrots, potatoes and onion flakes.
- Add mushrooms soup, milk, black pepper and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
- Stir well before serving.
- Makes 6 servings at 3 points each.
