    Vegetable: Hearty Cheese Hashbrowns

    • 5 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
    • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup half and half
    • 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
    • 1 cup frozen peas
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon paprika


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot; mix thoroughly.

    2. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
