    Pork: Hearty Italian Spaghetti Dinner

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 ounces lean boneless pork loin trimmed of fat and cut into 1 1/4" strips
    • 1 cup onion finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes cut up
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
    • 1 tablespoon dried italian seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 4 cloves garlic minced
    • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
    • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
    • 12 ounces spaghetti uncooked


    Instructions


    1. In a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except spaghetti; mix well.

    2. Cover and cook on low at least 7 hours or until pork is no longer pink and onions are tender.

    3. Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package, drain.

    4. Serve pork mixture over spaghetti.

    5. 6 servings at 6 points each.
