    Breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup steel cut oats
    • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated skim milk
    • 3 cups water
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
    • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2" chunks


    Instructions


    1. The evening before you want to enjoy your oatmeal, combine the oats, evaporated skim milk, water, cinnamon and peanut butter in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.

    2. In the morning, add the banana chunks and skim milk, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings
