    Pork: Pork And Mushroom Crockpot Dinner

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds boneless pork roast, cut into 1" cubes
    • 1 tablespoon oilive oil
    • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 medium onion, sliced
    • 1 large can crushed tomatoes
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/3 cup cold water
    • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour


    Instructions


    1. Brown cubed pork in hot oil, drain fat from pork.

    2. In a 3 1/2 to 5 quart crockpot, place onions and mushrooms; add meat.

    3. In a bowl, combine undrained tomatoes, water, marjoram, thyme and garlic, Pour over meat in crockpot.

    4. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.

    5. During the last 15 minutes of cooking, combine flour and water and stir into pork mixture in crockpot.

    6. Cover and cook on high 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened.

    7. Serve over hot rice or buttered egg noodles.

    8. Makes 4 servings
