    Soup: Potato Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 potatoes, cut into pieces
    • 2 onions, chopped
    • 3 carrots, diced
    • 2 stalks celery, chopped
    • 4 cups water
    • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
    • 1 tablespoons parsley flakes
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • Pepper, to taste
    • 1/3 cup butter
    • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk


    Instructions


    1. Combine all of the above, except evaporated milk and parsley and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.

    2. During the last hour, add evaporated milk and chives.
