List of Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 cups water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
Instructions
- Combine all of the above, except evaporated milk and parsley and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
- During the last hour, add evaporated milk and chives.
