    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup chopped onions
    • 6 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans petite diced tomatoes, undrained
    • 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
    • 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
    • 2 tablespoons dried basil leaves
    • 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to taste)
    • 3 bay leaves
    • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • Pasta


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredients, except parmesan cheese in a crockpot. Mix thoroughly. Turn crockpot on low for 8 hours, more or less, until you are ready to eat. Stir in the parmesan cheese while pasta is boiling.
    2. Yield: 6 to 8 servings
