- 2 pounds sirloin tip roast, cubed
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream style corn
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 package dry lipton onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 5 to 6 potatoes, cubed
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen carrots, thawed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons tapioca
- 3 slices dried bread crumbs
Instructions
- Place meat in crockpot. Pour remaining ingredients on top of meat. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
