Beef: Taco Stew

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 (14 1/2) ounce cans stewed tomatoes, liquified in blender
- 3 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cans hominy or corn, whichever your family prefers, drained
- 2 packages taco seasoning
- 2 packages dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Brown meat and drain grease. Add taco seasoning (follow directions on seasoning package). Liquify stewed tomatoes in blender, drain beans and corn/hominy and rinse. After meat is ready, add all ingredients to crockpot. Simmer on low for 4 hours or longer. The longer it simmers, the better it is. Optional: If you like a little spice, substitute 2 cans of stewed tomatoes with rotel (also liquified in blender)
