    Chocolate Bliss Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients


    • 18 Oreo Saindwich cookies, finely crushed (about 1 1/2 cups)
    • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    • 3 (8 ounce) packages Phileadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 package (8 squares) Bakers Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
    • 3 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 if using a silver 9" springform pan (or to 300 if using a dark nonstick 9" spring form pan).

    2. Mix crushed cookies and melted butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan.

    3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

    4. Add melted chocolate; mix well.

    5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.

    6. Pour over crust.

    7. Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until center is almost set.

    8. Run knife or metal spatula around side of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing side of pan.

    9. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

    10. Store left over cheesecake in refrigerator.

    11. Serves 12.
