    Peaches N' Cream Cheesecake

    • 3/4 cup flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 (3 ounce) package cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
    • 3 tablespoons softened butter
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 ( 15 to 20 ounce) can sliced peaches (2 cups)
    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 3 tablespoons peach syrup
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 or 10 inch pie pan or 8 inch deep cake pan. Drain peaches reserving liquid for syrup used in filling.
    2. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla
      pudding mix, butter, and milk. Blend at low speed until
      moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased pan. Arrange peaches over batter.
    3. In small bowl combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, peach syrup and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon to within 1" of edge of batter. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over entire thing.
    4. Bake 30 to 35 min. until crust is brown (filling soft). Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
