- 3/4 cup instant rice
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 3 to 4 chicken pieces of choice
- 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
Instructions
- Mix together the rice and cream soup. Spread on the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Lay the chicken pieces on top and then sprinkle them with the dry onion soup mix.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serves 2
