Hamburger Casserole For One

List of Ingredients



• 1/4 cup dry macaroni
  
• 1/2 cup hamburger
  
• 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  
• 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  
• 1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  
• dash of garlic salt
  
• dash of pepper
  
• 2 tablespoons salsa
  
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
  
• 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  






Instructions



1. In a small pan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add macaroni, reduce heat and cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain in colander and set aside. While macaroni is cooking, brown hamburger with onion and seasonings; drain. Remove from heat; stir in salsa, sour cream and macaroni. Place in greased mini casserole. Top with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
