Honey Mustard Chicken Packets

- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Aluminum Foil
Instructions
- Combine mustard, honey, and pepper in a small bowl; blend well.
- Place each chicken breast on a 12 inch sheet of Aluminum Foil. Pour 2 tablespoons mustard mixture over each chicken breast.
- Wrap and seal each chicken breast in foil to make 4 packets. Freeze if desired.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. To bake open foil, leave chicken breast on foil sheet folding the edges around the chicken to form a boat. Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with sauce in foil boat.
- Yield: 4 servings.
