Butterscotch: Butterscotch Cream Cheese Bars

• 1 (10 ounce) package butterscotch chips
  
• 1/2 cup margarine
  
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 cup chopped pecans
  






Instructions



1. Melt chips and margarine in a medium saucepan. Stir in graham cracker crumbs; mix. Press into a buttered glass 9x13" pan.
   
   
2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
   
   
3. Beat cream cheese. Add milk vanilla and egg. Blend with mixer. Fold in nuts and pour on top of graham cracker crumb mixture.
   
   
4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes; chill.
