    Cherry Cream Cheese Cresents

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 egg, separated
    • 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated cresent rolls
    • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
    2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk. Seperate dough into 16 triangles; place on greased baking sheets.
    3. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture near the edge of the short side of each triangle. Top with 1 tablespoon pie filling.
    4. Fold long point of triangle over filling and tuck under dough.
    5. Lightly beat egg white; brush over rolls.
    6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
    7. Serves 16
