Frozen Strawberry Dessert

- Crust
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- Filling
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- dash of salt
- 1 cup whipping cream
Instructions
- Mix crust ingredients and put into a 9x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Crumble up in same pan and reserve 1 cup for topping.
- Add strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and salt to the beaten egg whites. Beat for 5 minutes.
- Beat 1 cup of whipping cream and fold into egg white mixture.
- Pour into crust lined pan and top with remaining crumbs.
- Freeze.
