    Frozen Strawberry Dessert

    List of Ingredients


    • Crust
    • 1 1/2 cups flour
    • 1/2 cup nuts
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • Filling
    • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
    • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
    • dash of salt
    • 1 cup whipping cream


    Instructions


    1. Mix crust ingredients and put into a 9x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
    2. Crumble up in same pan and reserve 1 cup for topping.
    3. Add strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and salt to the beaten egg whites. Beat for 5 minutes.
    4. Beat 1 cup of whipping cream and fold into egg white mixture.
    5. Pour into crust lined pan and top with remaining crumbs.
    6. Freeze.
