    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
    • 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
    • 2 (6 ounce) packages orange jello
    • 2 1/2 cups boiling water
    • 2 (3 3/4 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding
    • 1 quart lemon sherbet
    • 1 cup cool whip


    Instructions


    1. Make crust out of vanilla wafers, butter and coconut. Save some of the crust for topping and push the rest into the bottom of a pan. Combine jello and boiling water, when completely dissolved, let cool but not jell. Add in pudding and sherbet. Fold in cool whip. Pour over crust. Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving. Put crushed mixture on top.
