List of Ingredients



• 25 oreo cookies, crushed
  
• 1/4 cup melted butter
  
• 1/2 gallon mint chip ice cream
  
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can evaporated milk
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  
• 1 large container cool whip
  
• 1 cup chopped nuts
  






Instructions



1. Combine crushed oreos with melted butter and press into a 9x13" pyrex dish.
   
2. Cut ice cream into slabs and lay on top of crust.
   
3. Freeze thoroughly.
   
4. In a medium saucepan, combine evaporated milk, sugar and chocolate.
   
5. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick. Cool completely.
   
6. Spread over ice cream and freeze completely.
   
7. Mix together cool whip and chopped nuts.
   
8. Spread over chocolate.
   
9. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
