• 1/2 cup flour
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 1 egg
  
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  
• 1 cup chopped nuts
  
• 1 cup sliced apples
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
   
   
2. Combine dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, combine egg, sugar and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients, then nuts and apples.
   
   
3. Bake in a 9" greased pie pan for 30 minutes.
   
   
4. Serves 4
