    Peaches And Cream Squares

    List of Ingredients


    • Crust:
    • 1 1/2 cups melted butter or margarine
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
    • Filling:
    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 cups cool whip
    • 1 (# 2) can peach pie filling


    Instructions


    1. Crust: Combine all ingredients and press into a 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
    2. Filling: Combine sugar and cream cheese. Add the cool whip and mix well. Pour into the cool pie crust and chill. Top with peach pie filling just before serving. Cut into squares and serve.
