    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sugar
    • 3 to 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 5 to 6 cups fresh diced Rhubarb
    • 1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
    • 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour and sugar together, toss with rhubarb. Place in a 13x9 inch baking dish, sprinkle dry cake mix and chopped nuts over fruit. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
