Beef: Baked Taco Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 12 hard taco shells crushed and divided
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese or more
- shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- taco sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and drain. Return to pan and add onion, tomato sauce and chili powder.
- Crush 12 taco shells and line the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish with half of them. Layer meat mixture on top of the crushed taco shells. Top meat mixture with remaining 1/2 crushed taco shells.
- Mix soup with 1 soup can of milk and pour over taco shells. Top with shredded cheese and bake, covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve with lettuce and tomatoes on top of each serving and taco sauce, if desired.
