Beef And Bean Tostadas

List of Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can fat free refried beans
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 1 (12 count) package tostada shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 ounce (3/4 cup) fat free shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup diced tomato
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees. In medium bowl combine beans and chiles; mix well. Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons bean mixture onto each shell. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile in large skillet brown the ground beef, drain; Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the slasa. Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve shells topped with hot beef mixtures, shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and remaining salsa.
