Chicken: Easy Mexican Chicken And Beans

- 1 pound chicken breast strips for stir fry
- 1 (1 1/4) ounces package Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
- 1 (15 to 16 ounce) can black or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (11 ounce) can Mexicorn
- 1/4 cup water
- Tortillas, if desired
Instructions
- Spray 10" skillet with cooking spray.
- Cook chicken in skillet over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center.
- Stir in seasoning mix, beans, corn and water.
- Cook over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until slightly thickened.
- Serve with tortillas.
