    Chicken: Easy Salsa Chicken Burritos

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast strips for stir-fry
    • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
    • 1 (16 ounce) jar Old El Paso thick and chunky salsa
    • 1 (11 1/2 ounce) package Old El Paso flour tortillas for burritos
    • Shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and bell pepper strips, if desired


    Instructions


    1. In a 10" nonstick skillet, cook chicken over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in the center.

    2. Stir in taco seasoning mix and salsa. Cook until hot.

    3. Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas.

    4. Top with lettuce, cheese and bell pepper strips.

    5. Roll up tortillas.
