Baked Fillet Of Sole With Salsa

- 1 cup salsa
- 4 to 6 pieces of Sole
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In shallow dish large enough to hold the fish in one layer, spread 1/2 the salsa and arrange fish on top. season with salt and pepper and spread on remaining salsa. Bake 7 minutes, add a little more salsa if needed (I do) and bake 7 mintues more.
