    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds white fish fillets
    • 1 cup spicey tomato juice
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper, or to taste


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Place fish fillets in a baking dish.
    3. Combine tomato juice and seasonings in a small measuring cup and pour over the fish.
    4. Cover and bake 12 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
