Baked White Fish Fillets

- 1 1/2 pounds white fish fillets
- 1 cup spicey tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper, or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place fish fillets in a baking dish.
- Combine tomato juice and seasonings in a small measuring cup and pour over the fish.
- Cover and bake 12 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
