Broiled Lemon Fish Fillets

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound orange roughy, tilapia or mild fish fillets
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
- Salt and pepper to season
Instructions
- Combine the butter and basil in a small bowl.
- Place fillets on a lightly greased broiler pan.
- Spread the fillets with half of the butter mixture.
- Broil 5 to 8 inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
- Turn and spread with remaining butter mixture.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over fillets and broil another 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easliy with a fork.
