Cheesy Fish Fillets

- 1 pound fish fillets
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place fish in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with onions.
- Bake covered at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 4 to 6 minutes more or until browned.
- 4 servings at 3 points each.
