Crab Quiche

- 1 (8 ounce) package Louis Kemp crab delights, flaked
- 3/4 cup sargento light shredded mexican cheese
- 1/2 package fat free cream cheese (4 ounces), cut into 1/4" cubes
- 1/4 cup green onions sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 cup reduced fat bisquick
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup eggbeaters
Instructions
- Mix crab, shredded cheese, cream cheese, onions, salt and basil in a medium bowl.
- Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Beat remaining ingredients with an electric mixer for 1 minute.
- Pour over crab mixture.
- Bake at 375 for about 40 to 45 minutes.
- 6 servings at 3 points each.
