    • 1 (8 ounce) package Louis Kemp crab delights, flaked
    • 3/4 cup sargento light shredded mexican cheese
    • 1/2 package fat free cream cheese (4 ounces), cut into 1/4" cubes
    • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon basil
    • 1/2 cup reduced fat bisquick
    • 1 cup skim milk
    • 1/2 cup eggbeaters


    Instructions


    1. Mix crab, shredded cheese, cream cheese, onions, salt and basil in a medium bowl.
    2. Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
    3. Beat remaining ingredients with an electric mixer for 1 minute.
    4. Pour over crab mixture.
    5. Bake at 375 for about 40 to 45 minutes.
    6. 6 servings at 3 points each.
