    List of Ingredients


    • 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill
    • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 ( 1 1/2 pounds) salmon fillet
    • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 3 tablespoons chicken broth
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
    • 1 small lemon, thinly sliced
    • 2 onion slices, separated into rings


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle dill, lemon pepper, salt and garlic powder over salmon. Place in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container.
    2. Combine brown sugar, broth, oil, soy sauce and green onions; pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning once. Drain and discard marinade. Place salmon skin side down on grill over medium heat; arrange lemon and onion slices over the top.
    3. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    4. Salmon can be broiled instead of grilled. Place the fillet on a greased broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    5. Yield: 6 servings
