List of Ingredients
- 1 pound package unbreaded fish fillets thawed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
Instructions
- Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in bottom of a broiling pan.
- Place fillets in pan, turning to coat with mixture.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator at leats an hour.
- Broil fish fillets in marinade 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
