Pan Fried Perch Fillets

List of Ingredients
- 8 perch fillets
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules or powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, or more if needed
Instructions
- Combine the flour, paprika, garlic and salt together and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk.
- Heat the butter in a large nonstick skillet.
- Dip the perch fillets in egg wash first and then into the flour mixture.
- Carefully place them into the hot butter in the skillet and brown on both sides.
- Remove from pan and place on a paper towel lined plate, keep warm and cook the remainder of the fillets.
- Add more butter to the pan if needed.
- Serve immediately.
