    Pan Fried Perch Fillets

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 perch fillets
    • 3 cups all-purpose flour
    • 3 tablespoons paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic granules or powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1/2 cup butter, or more if needed


    Instructions


    1. Combine the flour, paprika, garlic and salt together and set aside.
    2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk.
    3. Heat the butter in a large nonstick skillet.
    4. Dip the perch fillets in egg wash first and then into the flour mixture.
    5. Carefully place them into the hot butter in the skillet and brown on both sides.
    6. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel lined plate, keep warm and cook the remainder of the fillets.
    7. Add more butter to the pan if needed.
    8. Serve immediately.
