    List of Ingredients


    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • 3 tablespoons cornmeal
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    • 1 pound cod fillets, thawed if necessary
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour, cormeal and seasonings.
    2. Melt butter in a shallow baking dish.
    3. Dredge cod in flour mixture; place in dish.
    4. Turn cod to coat with butter, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    5. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until cod flakes easily when tested with fork.
    6. Makes 4 servings
