Salmon Loaf

List of Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can salmon
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid. Remove skin and bones. Combine all ingredients, including the reserved liquid, and pack into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
