    Scallops In Garlic Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound scallops
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth
    • 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
    • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon italian herb seasoning
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons dried celery flakes


    Instructions


    1. In skillet simmer mushrooms and garlic in broth for 3 minutes. Add scallops, tomatoes, green onions, celery flakes, & Italian seasoning. Cook 5 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in vinegar and add to scallops. Heat & stir until scallops turn opaque and sauce is thick. Garnish with parsley.
    2. Serves 4
