List of Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked bow tie pasta (farfalle)
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen shelled deveined cooked small shrimp, thawed
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.
- Place cooked pasta in ungreased 13x9" (3 quart) baking dish. Stir in tomatoes, shrimp, tomato sauce, mushrooms, oregano and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Makes 6 servings.
