- 1 pound fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey and paprika and simmer for 1 minute.
- Place fish fillets in a sprayed nonstick baking dish.
- Pour sauce over fillets.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Makes 4 servings at 3 points each.
