    List of Ingredients


    • 4 to 6 tilapia fillets
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Combine parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and garlic powder in a small bowl; set aside.
    2. Heat a large skillet and add the olive oil, butter and lemon juice.
    3. Saute the fillets 2 to 3 minutes per side until white and flakey.
    4. Sprinkle the cheese mixture on fillets and saute eash side for another minute, then serve.
    5. Serves 4
