Tilapia Saute

List of Ingredients
- 4 to 6 tilapia fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and garlic powder in a small bowl; set aside.
- Heat a large skillet and add the olive oil, butter and lemon juice.
- Saute the fillets 2 to 3 minutes per side until white and flakey.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture on fillets and saute eash side for another minute, then serve.
- Serves 4
