    3 tablespoons soft butter
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    2 cups powdered sugar
    3 tablespoons cocoa
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    2-4 tablespoons milk

    Mix together peanut butter, butter, and vanilla.
    Stir in sugar, cocoa, and salt.
