Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 2 cups flaked coconut
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet.
- Add coconut.
- Stir constantly over low heat until golden brown.
- Spread on paper towels to dry.
- Cream butter and cheese.
- Add milk and sugar.
- Add 1 1/2 cups coconut.
- Mix and spread on cake.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on top and sides.
